SDM has the design experience and capability for 0.3million to 1.2 million tons per year grate-rotary kiln pellet project. The pellet plants that SDM has designed and constructed includes: raw material storage, automatic proportioning, drying, roller mill (or damp mill), mixing, pelletizing, pre-heating—baking—cooling and finished products treatment. Simultaneously the perfect ventilation and dedusting environment protection facilities are furnished. The production line adopts PLC system control with high automation level, the production operation is stable and reliable, and all the technical indexes are excellent.
