SDM has the capability of project consultation, project design, equipment supply, EPC, equipment renovation for the continuous casting machine project of metallurgical enterprises as well as plain steel continuous casting machine and alloy steel continuous casting machine. The detailed specifications are:

Billet continuous casting machine: (120×120) ~ (350×480) mm

Round billet continuous casting machine:  (90~500) mm

Narrow strip billet continuous casting machine: (100~150) × (200~500) mm

Slab continuous casting machine: (150~300) × (500~2500) mm

Shaped blank continuous casting machine: (150~600) × (150~1050) × (60~150) mm

The largest strand number for the continuous casting machine is 10 strands (billet or round billet), and the largest radius of caster can reach to 16m.
