Hot metal pre-treatment, Converter, EAF, LF, VD

In aspect of steel making, based on the new technologies mastered and self-developed, SDM can provide engineering and EPC for such smelting projects as hot metal pre-treatment, converter, electric furnace and refining furnace, etc. Main service scope:

Hot metal pre-treatment: for blowing desulphurization technology or mechanical stirring desulphurization technology on 65t~150t hot metal ladle;

Converter: nominal volume 25t~150t and its matching facilities (including converter sublance, combined blowing and slag splashing protection technology);

Electric furnace: nominal volume 30t~100t and its matching facilities;

Refining furnace: nominal volume 40t~150t LF, RH, VD refining furnace and its matching facilities.
